Where does Hammora ship?

We currently ship across the United States, with free standard shipping on every order. International expansion is coming soon. Join our newsletter to be the first to know.

How long does shipping take?

Most US orders arrive in 6-8 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

What is the return policy?

30-day returns on unused chairs in original packaging. If it doesn't feel like home, send it back and we'll refund you in full. Return shipping is on us for any defects, and a flat $25 for change-of-mind returns.

How do I set it up?

Your chair comes with a freestanding steel stand. Just assemble, hang, and sit. No drilling, no ceiling hardware needed. Setup takes under 10 minutes. Prefer ceiling mounting? Any standard eye bolt or ceiling hook from a hardware store will work.

Can I use it outdoors?

Yes, on a covered balcony or porch. We recommend bringing the cushions indoors during heavy rain and storing the chair under cover in winter to preserve the natural fiber finish.

What's the weight capacity?

Up to 330 lbs / 150 kg. The hardware and macrame rope are tested significantly beyond that.

What are the dimensions?

Chair: Seat width ~24 in / 60 cm. Total chair height ~51 in / 130 cm. Adjustable hanging chain ~24 in / 60 cm.

Stand: Height 83.7 in / 213 cm. Base footprint 44 x 44 in / 112 x 112 cm. Powder-coated steel, matte black finish.

How do I clean it?

Spot clean the cushions with mild detergent and cold water. The macrame rope can be brushed gently if dust collects. Avoid machine washing, as natural cotton can shrink.

Is the cushion removable?

Yes. Both the back and seat cushions can be lifted out, fluffed, spot-cleaned, or replaced.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes, a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Just email contact@hammoraliving.com with your order number and a photo.
