At Hammora Living, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in good condition.

  • The item should be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.

  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  • All included accessories, hardware, and components must be returned.

We understand that comfort and personal preference are important when choosing a hammock chair. If the product isn't the right fit for your space or lifestyle, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.

2. How to Start a Return

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

  • Photos of the product if it arrived damaged or defective

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Please do not return products without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Because hammock chairs are larger items, return shipping costs may vary depending on location and carrier.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. Hammora Living is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days after approval.

  • Your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable or digital products

  • Products marked as Final Sale

  • Personalized or custom-made products (if offered)

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Missing parts

  • Incorrect

Contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos showing the issue.

After review, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include:

  • Replacement parts

  • Product replacement

  • Full or partial refund

at no additional cost to you.

8. European Union Customers

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

The product must be returned in its original condition.
