Processing time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your chair leaves the warehouse. Tracking typically updates within 24–48 hours.
Delivery time
Most US orders arrive in 8–10 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays.

Delayed or missing orders
If your order is delayed more than 5 business days beyond the estimated delivery date, contact us and we'll investigate. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
